The MicroCeram GmbH dispose of a quality management system using DIN 9001:2000 for the entire process of the development, the production and machining ceramic parts. In our own laboratories all analysis methods relevant for the process controll can be accomplished, beginning by the grain size analysis through the measurement of rheologic parameters of the injection masses up to the density and crack tests on the sintered workpieces. For monitoring dimensions, form and position tolerances high-quality measurering systems are available too.
